by using stori, you agree to these terms. please read them carefully.

eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old to use stori. by creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. users between 13 and 17 must have parental consent.

your account

you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. do not share your password. you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. notify us immediately at hello@topstori.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

content you post

you own the content you create and post on stori. by posting content, you grant stori a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app and in connection with stori's services.

you are solely responsible for the content you post. you must not post content that:

• violates any law or regulation.
• infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• harasses, bullies, or threatens other users.
• spreads misinformation or is intentionally misleading.
• involves spam, phishing, or unauthorized advertising.

in-app purchases

stori offers optional in-app purchases including supporter subscriptions and tips. all purchases are processed through Apple. prices are displayed before purchase. purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. to request a refund, use Apple's standard refund process.

prohibited conduct

you may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to stori's systems or another user's account.
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access stori without permission.
• use stori to distribute malware or harmful code.
• reverse engineer or copy any part of the stori app.
• create multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction.

termination

we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. you may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

disclaimer of warranties

stori is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

limitation of liability

to the extent permitted by law, topstori's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of stori will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not made any payments.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. continued use of stori after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
