how do i create an account?

open the stori app and tap "sign up." you can sign up with your email address, or continue with Apple or Google. you'll need to choose a username, display name, and verify your age.

how do i reset my password?

on the login screen, tap "forgot password" and enter your email address. we'll send you a link to reset it. check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

how do i delete my account?

open Settings and tap "delete account" at the bottom of the screen. your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period — sign back in during that window to cancel. after 30 days, your content, followers, and data are permanently removed.

how do i change my username?

go to your profile, tap "edit profile," and update your username. usernames must be unique and can only contain letters, numbers, underscores, and periods.

creating content

how do i post a video?

tap the create button (center of the bottom bar). you can record a new video, upload from your library, or use one of stori's creative tools. add a caption, choose your audience, and tap publish.

stori needs camera/microphone access — how do i grant it?

go to your iPhone's Settings app, scroll to stori, and enable Camera and Microphone. without these, you won't be able to record videos or join live rooms.

can i edit or delete a post after publishing?

you can delete any of your posts by tapping the three dots on the post and selecting "delete." editing captions after posting is not currently supported.

subscriptions and purchases

what is stori Pro?

stori Pro is a monthly or annual subscription that unlocks creator tools, analytics, priority support, and other premium features. you can subscribe from the paywall screen or your profile settings.

how do i cancel my subscription?

subscriptions are managed through Apple. go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → stori → Cancel Subscription. canceling stops renewal but keeps access until the current period ends.

how do i request a refund?

all purchases are processed through Apple. to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the relevant purchase.

what are tips?

tips are one-time in-app purchases that send direct support to a creator. the creator receives the majority of the tip. tips are processed through Apple and are non-refundable.

privacy and safety

how do i report a user or post?

tap the three dots on any post or profile and select "report." reports are reviewed by our team. for urgent safety concerns, email safety@topstori.com.

how do i block someone?

go to their profile, tap the three dots in the top right, and select "block." blocked users cannot see your content or contact you.

who can see my posts?

when you post, you choose the audience: public (anyone), followers only, or private (just you). you can change a post's visibility after publishing from its detail screen.
